We strive to help people of all levels of financial status, from those with low means, right through to those with substantial wealth to enter permanent aged care of their choice using the resources available with the minimum impact on immediate and ongoing costs, and aim for a positive outcome on the future estate value.
We know that your first priority is the comfort and ongoing care of your loved one and we also know that you have an emotion-driven view of the time that you would like to share with your loved one as they reside in permanent aged care.
We respect your emotional position, but we believe that we are able to add an unemotional dimension to your scenario that is of great benefit to the overall future of the family as a group. We look at the financial numbers and the relevant age, health and attitude issues of the intended resident as we map out a financial plan for their situation - every one is different.
We can help, wherever you may be in Australia. Many of our clients are a great distance from where we are based and that is never a problem. The rules for entry to permanent aged care apply exactly the same all over Australia and modern technology allows us to make contact with our clients and provide our advice solutions by phone, conference calls, Zoom or Microsoft Teams, emails, ‘snail mail’ and even in person where our locations are convenient for you to visit us, or for us to visit you.
